PUTIN Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: October 18, 2026
CinemaCloudWorks, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is responsible for the information handled under this Privacy Policy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you visit theputinmovie.com (the “Site”), submit a form, or otherwise use the features described below. Available features vary by site.
We collect information you provide through contact forms, subscriptions, ticket requests, and contest entries. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code or location, organization, inquiry, ticket-request details, and contest-entry information.
The Site and its service providers may also collect technical and usage information automatically, such as your IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP address, referring page, pages viewed, and interactions with the Site. Cookies and similar technologies may associate activity with a browser or device identifier.
We use information you provide to respond to inquiries, send Atlas updates and updates about the movie or service featured on this Site, handle ticket and group-ticket requests, and administer contests. Contest rules may describe additional information needed to administer a particular contest. We use technical and usage information to operate the Site, understand its use, improve its content and performance, and prevent abuse.
We do not sell or rent your contact information, or share it with other companies for their own marketing. We use service providers for hosting, contact management, form processing, email delivery, analytics, and spam protection. Providers may receive information needed to provide those services. Submissions may be processed through CinemaCloudWorks contact-management systems and, where configured, services such as Google Forms and email or subscription providers.
Where features such as live chat or scheduling are available, their providers may receive the information you submit and technical information needed to operate those features. Automatic collection by analytics and other third-party tools is described below.
We may also disclose information to comply with law or legal process, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, Site visitors, or others. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business or relevant assets.
The Site uses Google Tag Manager to load analytics and other site-specific tools. Analytics tools, including Google Analytics where configured, may collect browser or device identifiers and information about pages viewed and interactions. Depending on the site's configuration, third-party tools may also measure promotional campaigns. We use reports to understand overall activity, but the underlying information is not necessarily anonymous.
These tools may use cookies and similar technologies. Third-party providers, including Google, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Site. The tools loaded vary by site. Analytics and other configured tracking tools may load automatically when you visit; the Site does not currently implement a site-wide opt-in gate for those tools.
Where forms use Google reCAPTCHA, Google may process technical information to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to reCAPTCHA. Google's Privacy Policy also explains its information practices for Google services used on the Site.
We do not currently implement a site-wide response to browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals. You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies, although some Site features may be affected. Blocking cookies does not necessarily prevent all technical information from being transmitted to service providers. Google also offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers.
You may request correction or removal of personal information you provided by emailing privacy@cinemacloudworks.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
To stop receiving marketing emails, use the unsubscribe instructions in the email or contact the same address. We honor marketing email opt-out requests within ten business days. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from responding to an inquiry or communicating about a ticket request or contest entry you submitted.
The Site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a data breach requires notification under applicable law, we will notify affected individuals in the manner and within the time required by that law.
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at privacy@cinemacloudworks.com so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.
The Site may link to other websites, including ticket sellers, streaming services, and social networks. Those websites have their own privacy practices and policies. Please review their policies before submitting information to them.
We will communicate material changes by posting the revised policy on this page and updating the date at the top. Please review this page periodically for changes.
